Riverside Health - Crisis Support System of Care

  • Experiencing a Behavioral Health Crisis? Call 951-686-HELP. It is free and confidential, and you may remain anonymous. Trained counselors are available to provide support and resources to best help you. Bilingual counselors are available.

  • Mobile Crisis Response Teams can decrease the need for inpatient hospitalizations and decrease the amount of time that Law Enforcement and Emergency Department Personnel dedicate to individuals in a behavioral health crisis. The Mobile Crisis Response Teams work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Inland Southern California CRISIS HELPLINE

  • Founded in 1968, the Inland Southern California Crisis Helpline is one of the oldest 24/7 suicide hotlines in the country. It is a project of Inland Southern California United Way and Inland Southern California 211+’s Behavioral Health Department. As a nationally accredited crisis center via the American Association of Suicidology, the program implements the national crisis care continuum model of somewhere to call, somewhere to go, and someone to come to you.

  • By calling 951-686-HELP, a community member can reach a trained helper for telephonic emotional support, get linkage to a 24/7 Mental Health Urgent Care Center, or be routed to the Riverside County Crisis Mobile Unit. In addition to crisis intervention services, the Inland Southern California Crisis Helpline provides community mental wellness, suicide prevention education, and bilingual community help promotion.
